SCHEDULING

Based on the targets of the project our experts develop together with our clients and partners a milestone oriented time schedule. A customized work break down structure makes the schedule to an unique planning tool. On different levels we integrate the LOD, analyse the critical path or load the resources to the activities of the project.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Project execution requires a number of different resources. Integral part of the project planning is their appropriate evaluation and consideration. We assure that at all phases of the project the right resources are available in quality and quantity based on a sound and foresight planning.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Complex and critical projects are not without risks which can potentially effect the success of the project. A pro-active risk management forms an integral part of or project management & planning. Regular risk assessment workshops help us to identify risks on various levels. The assessment of their impact determine the mitigations

PROJECT CONTROL

PROGRESS CONTROL & REPORTING

Engineering, Procurement and Construction are continuously monitored and reported in order to provide a transparent and actual status of all relevant project activities. The evaluated situation is taken to forecast the further development of the project and to determine suitable countermeasures in case of deviations to the planning.

PROJECT REVIEWS

Dedicated project reviews are regularly performed on all levels and for all disciplines to assert that the conditions of the project are within the stipulated frame. We apply gate reviews, have a time monitoring system, perform tight Cost Control, use a DCC and communication system, do internal and external Audits under our QM- system and a lot more detailed reviews.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Contract Management supports the proposal and project teams during the entire project / contract lifecycle. For all involved parties it has highest importance that the contractually stipulated conditions are met in either direction up to the fair close our of the contract.
